I woke up to see this beauty. I first thought it was the sun covered by a cloud. My son pointed out the sun was in the other direction. I was stunned by the brightness of the light "coming out" of the pilar.  A dear friend told me it was a snow bow. A very rare event that may be caused when it's snowing and sunny early in the morning. Another friend mentioned on her feed it was a sun pillar. But, perhaps, as my grandma said this morning, it was the presence of God over my house. I like to think about it that way. God is always for us, showing us his might in creation. There's evidence of God everywhere we look. Our God is love and consuming fire. Jesus is the light of the world, and he can give us life more abundantly. He is our sunrise, our guide in the dark. He watches over us and he's our pilar of fire by night and our cloud by day.

I didn't edit the pictures below. Except the exposure to show the intense colors of the rainbow and the bright light as if the sun was covered by some clouds.
